Camp Registration

Camp registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for participants under 18 years of age. By registering for a camp, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. Participation in camps may require completion of additional forms such as waivers, medical information, or emergency contact forms. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from camp if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

 

Payments

All payments must be completed at the time of registration or purchase unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

Refunds and Cancellations

Camp refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the camp start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date are non-refundable. If a camp session is canceled by Athletic Performance Excellence, LLC, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session.

Merchandise

Merchandise sold on this website may be produced through a print-on-demand partner. Because items are made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers should review sizing information carefully before placing orders.
