Shipping Policy

​Order Processing

All merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier delays.

Please note that delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Delays

Because items are produced on demand and shipped by third-party carriers, occasional delays may occur. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, but we are happy to assist if an issue arises.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
